About Anthi

Anthi’s affinity with nature was fostered early in the landscapes of Boonwurrung Country, Wilson’s Promontory, Victoria.

Since undertaking her Diploma in Outdoor Recreation & Leadership in 2000, Anthi has been inspired to work in the field of Bush Adventure Therapy. Completing a Diploma in Youth Work, Grad Dip in Counselling & Human Services and training in Expressive Therapies, Anthi’s infectious love of people and nature has led to her dedication of 20 years expertise through working with young people in the outdoors, youth work and mental health sectors; including therapeutic services to outdoor leaders specialising in self-care.

Her biggest co-creation to date, 50 DAYS – lightweight gear specialists, draws from her humanistic and communal origins and aims to connect like-minded communities and inspire people to adventure their own way. It is Anthi’s intention to work as part of a community that respects and values the action of directly experiencing the outdoors and Self within a supportive framework.

Anthi supports the philosophy that moving within nature fosters an openness and readiness for encouraging personal growth and a pilgrimage back to Self.
