About Kate

I live in Bpangerang country, the beautiful King Valley, NE Victoria. I am a mother of two; a decade of at home-duties gifted learning, challenge and joy. Journeys with my outdoor educator husband and our young family in bushwalking, canoeing and rafting have all been part of the adventure. I am at home in nature, an Outdoor Educator, Bush Adventure Therapist, with training in Family Therapy, and currently work as a group therapist in an AOD therapeutic community. I also have my own heart-business endeavour ‘Nature’s Counsel’ that offers nature connection, mindfulness practices and 1-1 counseling. I have a long love and practice of Bush Adventure Therapy. It is great to be actively involved in AABAT as the Victorian rep.
